Paul E. Kiebler, IV
Chief Executive Officer & FounderSince founding Mad River Homes and its predecessor APM Management in 2002, Paul has been directly involved in the planning, construction, lease-up, and management of more than 30,000 apartment homes throughout the eastern United States. He directs all facets of the organization and its 5,500+ apartment homes with a market value of over $500 million.
Paul's passion for real estate began early — he purchased, renovated, and sold his first house at 16. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate and Urban Analysis.
Jacob Repasky
Director of AcquisitionsJacob leads acquisitions and disposition efforts. Since joining in April 2021, his team has closed 17 transactions representing 6,500 units and over $750M in transaction volume. He holds a B.S.B.A. from The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business.
Jacob began his career with Wells Fargo's Commercial Real Estate group in Chicago, then moved into Capital Markets and Acquisitions at Lifestyle Communities in Columbus — where he negotiated and closed over $300M in debt, managed investor relations, and spearheaded major multifamily acquisitions and developments across Columbus, Raleigh, and Charleston.
Steve Pogozelski
Director of AccountingSteve graduated Summa Cum Laude from Cleveland State University with a B.A. in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and OSCPA member with extensive experience in property management finance across Northeast Ohio — both as a consultant and as a CFO.
His career history includes Director of Finance/Controller at Realty One Inc., Controller at National Medical Diagnostics, Inc., and Experienced Audit Senior at Arthur Andersen & Company.
Maria Stanton
Asset ManagerMaria brings decades of leadership in the property management industry, drawing on deep expertise in evaluating business strategies and executing high-impact initiatives to optimize portfolio performance. She began her career as a licensed realtor before transitioning into multifamily, where she held Regional Manager roles with two national REITs.
In executive positions including COO and VP of Operations, Maria managed portfolios exceeding 10,000 units — spanning new construction, LIHTC, student housing, and senior living. She served on the National Apartment Association Board of Directors (2017–2018) and is a respected voice in the multifamily housing industry.
